1.... I have a guide, but it doesn't show any information? ( I had it before)

2... I'm contemplating going to visit in laws.... Would I be able to use my mag254 at their house? If so, what would I need to do? Thank you

really just plug it in to internet if that dont work reboot router and box and epg has been down so give it some time
