Make sure that you have entered the correct Credentials or try it on a different portal.

I did all that still not working it's been 5 days now and you don't get credit for down time

Be patient, looks like servers guys KNOW about this 'Auth. Error' problem on login for all new donations assigned to new 22.....tv portal for most iptv units. It's been like that for 10 days now... Hopefully we'll be helped soon. Trying to be positive here, suggesting u do the same...

Not all receivers but a MAG will fail. Also somebody posted that 78 to 79 was changed in the mac address. I have not tried that though.
