Same here. I activated one donation and by default the URL is 22.iptvrocket.tv. I changed donation number, reset everything. No matter what I do it gives Authentication ERROR.
Any help or suggestion?

newer donations seem to be 22.xxxxxxxxx.tv go to the rocket checker and put in your number - it will give you the correct URL

Check rockets shows the same 22.iptvrocket.tv portal and it does not allow you to change portal.
Check rocket allows you to change dish port, change IPTV MAC address, IPTV reset but does not allow IPTV portal to be switched.
4 days now and nothing has been resolved.
Papiao has been contacted 4 times so I will wait and see and hope for a resolution to this issue.
They asked for info that I provided.

With the new portal URL you should be able to connect without any problem, if that is not the case then feel free to do an IPTV reset through above form too.

Portal 22......tv does not work with any NEW mag250/254 I tried, and I'm not alone... It's been 10 days now that we're getting 'Authorization Error' on loging page on all new activated donations. Getting pissed off of this issue already. Please tell us how to fix it and make it to work on MAGs. NEVER had this problem on previous MAGs, when they where put on other portals... Now new 22.....tv portal stuck on 'ERROR', no matter I do.
Can you, please figure out what is wrong now?

I'm suspecting that the built in PVR Stalker doesn't work with 22, regardless using 00:1A:78 or 00:1A:79, using the full url. Using the same credentials I had on the IPTV Stalker that had worked (with the 79 prefix, and same serial number and Device_ID (with Device_ID2 and signature blank), PVR Stalker should have worked. Tried the IPTV Reset, clear data, and delete TV29.db ... authentication failed.

I, like everyone else, am limited in the number of changes allowed on the server for MACs and resets. If anyone has had success with the PVR Stalker, or STB Emu with this portal, please post your results.

Thanks 'dara'. Yea, I figured out now, that it's on servers side. By the way, all new donations getting assigned to this new 22....tv portal and non of them are working, just that 'ERROR' on login, we checked on numerous MAGs (250, 254, etc.) about 5 new donations, same result. And, also we tried to use new donations on older 11.....tv portal (although they initially assigned to 22......tv), came out with same result: ' Auth. Error' on login as well.

Now, the question is, will it be fixed soon or not? If, as you mentioned, codes for MAGs need to be changed, we wonder how and when they will do that, I have more than 5 Useless new donations, assigned to 22.....tv portal, sitting in my account, paid for in full...

It takes a lot of effort on our side to be positive and patient...

Please ask them to do their best with this.

Got it, I had to "request desktop site" in my browser , for some reason v bulletin hid the link when viewed in Chrome (android) unless you request desktop version of this page.

You'll need to use an external epg add-on, or integrate it with PVR Simple Client. No one yet has reported that the PVR Stalker works with the 22 portal... I tried myself.

The only difference from the standard instructions are that the 22 url won't work with with a linked MAC that starts with 00:1A:78. The patched IPTV Stalker 10.2.4-r2 assumes you have changed the linked mac to start with 00:1A:79

Why papiao people keep selling/assigning donations, linking them strictly to new NOT working 22.....tv portal for most subs (like all MAGs, etc.) and not fixing the problem? They know about problem for sure by now... People complaining about it in most threads here and there for almost two weeks now... At least stop selling new donations, until you fix the issue..., otherwise it all starts to smell like an upcoming scam...
Does anyone else have this feeling, or I'm becoming paranoid, which I doubt very much...

I did test one account on the iPremium box and it works right away with any problem, that is not the solution when we already have the mag254 boxes.

I see that I'm not the only one having the same authentication issue on 22.iptvrocket. I had let my nfps subscription expire on my 2 personal MAG 254 boxes and decided to switch over to rocket.
I've sent multiple emails myself, and like many of you, have gotten the same responses to do the IPTV resets, but to no avail, still the same auth error.

Hoping the rocket guys can figure out whats causing this for the Mag folks, would love to support them

This won't work for this situation. There currently is no option to change to the 11.iptvrocket.tv portal url, and the 22.iptvrocket.tv portal url only works for certain boxes (non MAGs) and for Kodi using a patched IPTV Stalker that allows using the 00:1A:79 prefix. The server techs need to fix the ability to connect using the 00:1A:78 MAC prefix for all non-STBs using emulators/Kodi, and MAG boxes using the 00:1A:79 MAC prefix.

That was done with the 10.2.4-r2 version, and coach potato did that as well with his latest released "Mod".

I have faith in you Papiao! It is just a matter of time. They have never let me down during PPV events. I am guessing they ran into problems when trying to split off a server. They can probably just shut down the entire system, including 11.portal, and fix the problem but they do not want to further inconvenience us. Be patient my friends this issue will be resolved shortly and we can put this behind us very soon.

Hi everyone. First time posting. I fix the problem with my mac starting 00:1A:79 using the url
http://portal1.iptvrocket... and adding a 13 digit number in the token. I'm usin kodi 16.1 in the stalker client. I hope it can help you guys!!!

This won't work for this situation. There currently is no option to change to the 11.iptvrocket.tv portal url, and the 22.iptvrocket.tv portal url only works for certain boxes (non MAGs) and for Kodi using a patched IPTV Stalker that allows using the 00:1A:79 prefix. The server techs need to fix the ability to connect using the 00:1A:78 MAC prefix for all non-STBs using emulators/Kodi, and MAG boxes using the 00:1A:79 MAC prefix.

It was my belief that the 00:1A:78 MAC prefix for kodi was to avoid conflict with MAG 254, and other boxes with embedded MAC's. Requiring the use of )):1A:79 MAC prefixes with the 22 portal seems to defeat this purpose.

The token field is on the stalker client in kodi. The url is another field. That fix is for the kodi users.

Same problem here 4 days for me since portal 22.iptvrocket.tv on stb emu error on authentication; tried everything on my end no go.

IKS down, 22 down. If I remember, we were told not to worry about IKS being down, because IPTV will always be up?

It has been interrupted by an ECM, as per usual on time.
IPTV is up and working fine, except the 22 portal issue.

You know the issue and so does everyone else. Do not pretend to be astonished and qoute some distant vague quote.
What that is showing is disrespect for the iptvTalk site and all our continued assistance, while the server guys get their stuff working correctly.
If you wanna post that kinda comment then go to the server website and email it to them.
We do not need to see it here.

IPTV Stalker does work with the 00:1A:78 prefix on my 'testing' version. Still not verified if the "Token" is required to be sent to the server for the addon, or for the PVR.

PVR Stalker works with the 00:1A:78, but doesn't require the token field ... using the same credentials from IPTV Stalker. (SN, Device ID, Device ID2 and signature, empty token).
