Epg guide blank

EPG guide wont load it goes to download Golden premier 1 pauses for about 7 seconds and says unable to load guide, am using android minix box, Jarvis 16.1 Ninja guide and until today no problems. now just blank guide, tried clear Data and reboot just the same. any help guys would be appreciated
