Channel won't work

Sorry guys i think i post this in the wrong forum the last time. But
I live in Jamaica, and i am not getting any channel to work from yesterday, i am using the jynxbox v30 And i am getting great signal from the box it just won't connect to the server.

Are you referring to Satellite?

Yes Theone, Everything work great on the box, It connect to the rocket server but it just won't show.
