STB EMULATOR needs to be reset every few days logs off

Hello everybody, I hope someone can help me figure out why every few days it's necessary to do an iptv reset and reenter my donation number when using the STB EMULATOR? I am using the latest free version on a Fire Tv box. I always have to enter the donation twice also as the bar never fully loads the first time entering the donation /password. Any idea why this happens, is this the norm? Thanks in advance for your time.
