Hi when entering rocket portal, i am asked my username everytime, it is gettting a little long in the tooth , never had this issue ,with last years donation, i tried posting in receiver section ,but no one nows, how to fix this , it has to be rocket, as i do not have this issue, with other, will not name them,servers.

I have tried resetting iptv.

I have tried rebooting receiver.

I have tried rebooting router.

I have tried settings in my receiver,

The only thing that ,has changed is ,i donated again, for a year as soon as i did this , apparently this was my downfall, worked fine before.

Any help would be appreciated thank you all.

i dont know what box you have but one time for username and password

mag254 and it used to be like that before for me 1 time and i am good for it.
but after redonating i have this issue i cannot keep entering this long # twice evrytime i have other servers which do not require this.
