I just got a new donation and trying to add my mac address i have a mag 254, but it says mac address already exists. I tried to get rid of the mac address on my old donation but it wont let me. What can i do?

When the message says "mac address already exists" is referring to YOU. Your mac is connected for you, to you, at your service.
