HBO Buffering and Stuttering

I noticed a lot of Buffering during Game of thrones tonight in which the show stuttered and even froze at times, last week multiple people told me it was my ISP so I performed a Modem reboot and it was still acting up afterwards is there anyway to remove the HD channel until this buffering gets under control?

HBO Latin America is an alternative .. It's English with Spanish subtitles.

Same issues here, it could be the load. We all watching at the same time.
