i had the same issues, what i have done to fix some of these issues was install the "free" version of the emu 8, then i configured my donation nfps. this has worked very good for me.. the only issue i am having is that using the "internal player" tons of channels do not have audio but to fix that i installed mx player 1.7.40(neon) https://sites.google.com/site/mxvpen/download then selected "external player" and wait for the pop up to come up to ask you what player to use.. u might have to selected twice before the pop up comes or exit stb then back on and it will come up...

I use the free fire tv remote app from the play store or app store and use it to enter donation info.. makes life easier for me..or use mouse toggle and its a beast for all of this too...
