I input my MAC address that's linked with my account and portal in the emulator settings. I restart the emulator and it prompts me for a username and password.i use my donation number for both as stated.
then the screen goes blue with a yellow loading bar that just doesn't load any more.
what gives?
im using the stb emulator from the android store.
is this the correct one?
when I input the portal I input 66.iptv66.tv is this correct?
or do I input 66.iks66.tv?

Anyone? Lol. Just keeps on sticking on the loading bar. I'm really at a loss here as to what I'm supposed to do now. Everything I've inputed is correct.
im day 2 into this service and I've still had zero.
to top it all of I was billed twice.

Have you clicked on the Send Device ID radio button?

I had that situation with my mag 254. i had to disconnect it from the back as well as the internet cable. i then email iks support to which they did a reset on there end and it worked after that just fine. good luck!

Thanks. I have contacted support. Hopefully this can be resolved . I was pretty excited about the whole thing but now with all this stress is a bit meh . I have reset iptv through my route in the site a couple of times, is this the same thing ? Or do they do something different ?

I think you need the address like this:- http://your.provider.url/ the one that shows as your providers IPTV portal.
