Help. Can't get it working

It's been a rough start for me. I got the array error when purchasing earlier today. Didn't read the sticky in the forum and used another method and payed again. I've most likely been charged twice now by looking at my online banking app.
I recieved an email with my route pretty quickly the second time.
I'm using stv emulator on my android box. I began trying to set it up by input the portal and username and password over and over with no luck.
I since realised when I made my donation I didn't assign a Mac ( it said optional so I didn't think it would be a problem)
repeatedly i couldn't register a Mac. I did manage to get Mac linked I think but again I've not been able to get anything working. I don't think I used the Mac for my device either ,
Long story short, I still can't access anything and I'm being told I've exceeded my limit for searching my route( I think that's what it said )
If anyone could give me any help it would be much appreciated

After doing some reading around here in know what I have to do.
i must have assigned an invalid Mac. I'll retry when the system lets me in tomorrow.
maybe using a Mac generator
