primetime freezing

are they working every night on it during primetime? every night during primetime experiencing lots of freezing. have a mag 254, hard wired. have to do a lot of channel surfing to find a watchable channel. not all channels but a lot. why only at primetime?

Since it seem they have localize our problems to our ISP and with most channels having gone HD, primetime seem to be the primetime when most persons are surfing the web increasing traffic to our ISP thereby limiting our overall connection performance hence resulting in freezing, buffering,slow channels surfing and system hiccups leading us to wonder what next? Do we stay trying to juggles the constant hiccups, try a VPN as has been stated or will someone take us into consideration and append the so call upgrade to include those with no- so premium system and connections
