Rocket Donation says "Donation expired a long time ago" ???

I have had this Rocket code since March 6th (New one I got) and now when I log in to the search Donation in the Papiao checker site it tells me today that my Rocket donation has expired a long time ago ??? I cannot reset my IPTV Reset.. ( My old code works when I renewed at the same time) ..When I got this I had 300 some days left on my rocket?/ What happened and how can I solve this issue ?? Just be reasonable on e-mailing them. They will eventually get to you. There is nothing we can do here to help with that.
