loading bar stuck half way

i linked my mac to donation ... after all set up ..loading bar stuck half way on my mag254 ... not moving forward ...waited for 15 -20 mints nothing ..so pls expert help me this

Reboot the unit and put in the username/password again. Try that and see if it works.

what firmware version are you on? Also which service are you using rocket, nfps, or iks66?

If NFPS which portal are you on? have you tried changing the portal?

using latest firmware on mag254 ..i am on nfps ..using portal 5 ...yes i checked all portals

Under network, change your ppoe setting to either on or off, whichever its on
