Accounting Error - rocket

Has anyone else had accounting errors made when purchasing via the IPTVRocket site:

I had them take the funds for an order from my bank and then inadvertently return it in January, they then took it back out the following week (no problems there except the original messup).

However today they have taken 2 payments exceeding €530 from my bank account without me having made an order.

I did order last week but paid immediately.

I seriously want to buy this ,but the insecure payment sites and things like this are keeping me and my credit card away.How can someone just force unauthorized transactions on a card/bank account is beyond me. No IPTV for me till I get a single use virtual card getting which is again seeming difficult for me sitting here.Most of the virtual cards are blocked for Intl transactions owing to money laundering concerns and fraudulent swipes by companies like entropay, in absence of verified by visa or things like that.I wish there was a reseller for India

And just to add I am not blaming the IPTV guys here,I just dont know how can this happen as a similar forced swipe happened with me in France as well with a world renowned merchant.
