2 weeks now, and the same problem. HD channels buffer a lot, very unwachable. The SD channels are ok, and the Pac 12 channels (Sport 1 - 6) that are 720p just like the new HD channels are fine too.

I recorded the channels so you can see with you own eyes.

I don't know what else to do. I already tried everything possible. It's not my ISP (20mb wired) or my PC (kodi).

There seems to be some issues with routing between your location and the server. I suspect that you aren't the only one. Even though you might have locally 15+ Mb, the packets sent from the server may not be arriving fast enough to put them in order to be watchable, hence the buffering. I don't think there is much you can do locally if that's happening, but using a VPN seems to eliminate a few of the 'hops' the packets have to make to your location. That might not help everyone, but it does help in my case.

I tried VPN, with several servers in many countries. Didn't work. Same buffering.

If your using an android box using android 5.1 and have freezing problems. Go to the android settings, about mediabox, click build number a few times until you see the message (you are in developer mode) then click developer options from prevous screen. Go down and enable Force 4x MSAA. Now reopen which ever program you use to watch iptv. All should be smooth now.

There are people with 10mb and can watch 720p channels. I believe 20mb is great.

LOL, 300mbit is too slow for me. I am on a dedicated fiber line direct to Comcast hub. 2 gigabit symmetrical connection.

My only problem is no Speedtest site can keep up with me to get a accurate test haha.

I have a Mag254 and I've never had a buffering problem on any channel except for when the server was on its early ages. The mods have made a lot of improvements to the servers and quality and stability has definitely improved anyone can tell you that. I'd suggest spending a little money on a iptv box and up your experience it's worth it.

Honestly at 10mb you should be able to run this with little to no issues I would contact your provide and see if they are throttling or can perhaps give you a better route to the source...

I live in Mexico and my ISP (Telmex/Infinitum) has my modem capped at 4Mb... I normally get about 3.3 on a speed test. Even with that low speed everything was working fine until the channels were converted to HD. I still get lots of channels in SD and they work fine.

I'm sure there are lots of peeps with the same problem with the HD channels as our bandwidth just isn't sufficient and I realise it's not a problem with the server but with the internet.... that is why I have not complained. It would be nice if the server guys would take into account that not everyone had HD quality internet, and maybe double up some of the channels with both HD and SD.

That's a really good point. They could create SD versions for those channels. Who doesn't have a very great internet won't be affected and the server will keep this clients.

Since my earlier comment, I have watched 2 PPV movies (501 & 503) which are listed as 720 HD... and I get zero buffering. So some HD work fine while others do not. Are all the channels coming from the same place or do the PPV's have a different route ???

ppvs and vods are delivered differently than regular IPTV channels, through a different protocol.

Well instead of beating what i suspect is now a dead horse i guess we'll just have to wait until either the server guys feel generous and oblige us to the request or our internet providers bump up the switch and my speed suddenly becomes lightening fast so until either happens i will just chill since the problem is now known but no corrective action yet

Thank you...that explains why some work and others have problems. It also means if my bandwidth is ok for PPV's and VOD's in HD then it should be ok for IPTV channels using similar specs.... or not ??

Furthermore not everyone has an independent setup to do whatever as to the internet, i get a wireless link from someone who is hardwired to the modem, if this new upgrade is negative to me i can't selfishly impose vpn etc on the link so i just have to bear the limitations until i either toss it all or upgrade

I have sync 1gbps fiber to my apartment, and regularly pull around 980Mbps and push the same. I also have buffering with both of my FireTV's (v1 and v2). SD is just fine, HD lags after around 20 seconds no matter what settings I set in advanced settings.XML

I am getting pretty tired of trying to figure it out, honestly. I know its Amazon FireTV related but I've been fighting like hell to get it fixed.

Nauditor.....look at your last sentence, starting at Furthermore...all of your problems stem from furthermore. Until you sort that issue out, your troubles will go on and on and on. Get your own internet connection, and this will sort you issues.

Over a month now, and still the same problem here.

NBA playoffs happening, finals coming and i'm unable to watch it because ESPN is in HD and unwatchable.

I already gave up. Unfortunately, I'm not renewing.

msalas71 please read the forum rules here http://iptvtalk.net/showthread.php?50-Forum-Rules do not post the same thing in multiple sub forums and hijack other peoples threads. As for the buffering you are experiencing post the channels and the number in the channel issues sub forum that is the correct place continuing to do post every where could get you banned.

that means iks66/nfps/rocket are not quite as good as we want...

and PLZ stop saying we "the costumers"

I am a regular customer like you and I have to say I have very little issues other than when a major change happens but other than that the service has been solid. The reason the other users are telling you it's your ISP is because your ISP maybe doing something to your traffic on the back end. That has nothing to do with the servers. As for switching services that is your prerogative to do so. However leaving a message like HD is buffering is not useful to anyone nor is posting the same issue over and over again in different sub forums. If there was a major issue you would see everyone complaining like the 22rocket issue that going on right now. But even in that case the MOD's have been more than accommodating with helping to find a solution for something that is out of there hands.

And again Yes it can be a ISP issue... Do some research! The new service you claim has no issues is most likely not in the same country as this service! It's all how your system is routed to the server and that is where the issues happen...so how about PLZ stop saying it can't be an ISP issue! Also even legit IPTV providers have freezing now and then so please stop with the never have any freezing 😂
Also when your subs run out at least you have a place to go 👌if this service buffeted and freezes constantly don't you think the forums would be flooded with complaints? It's very few who have constant issues!
