As the topic says. Is there anyway to trace someone's information if the Confirmation ID was not saved. Its my first time trying to renew and everything seems to be going haywire... paid once, but apparently the payment result said array.... tried again this time i chose to order (not renew) and foolishly closed off the tab with the Confirmation ID by mistake, to my surprise i checked my cc and both payment went through. I read this payment issue not going trough happening to someone else on reddit and they said they are yet to be reimbursed for the double payment... Can some Admin kindly PM me.
