Username & Password invalid, donation still active

What's going on? My STB emulator has me trying to login. When I enter my info it says invalid. I just checked my donation and it's still active.

Turn unit off then go online and reset the unit.
Reboot and enter user name and password
Should be OK
If not then you have to do a restore on your unit and renter the info

I've done this with no luck. The bar stays a quarter of the way loaded. Any other ideas?

Just to clarify what steps were taken, donation reset, mac changed from 79 to 78, complete restore of the system, reinstalled STB emulator, and still the loading bar is stuck a quarter of the way. I even did what the lost post said about hitting portal reset in STB emulator when it gets stuck a quarter of the way. Just goes right back to the same mistake. I am on server 1

I notice with login with the STB emulator that when you punch in your code it goes through and sticks quarter on yellow bar. When I do it the second time (click Profile to go back to login screen again) and punch in my code again then the yellow bar would reach to full and then I can watch .

Done reset etc but still getting "Error" on 3.iptv (MAG)..............:confused:

Finally got it to work. Changed portal, changed mac, did a reset, still didn't work. Went back into STB Emulator, changed the mac, then noticed "send Device ID" was disabled. Enabled it, punched in donation number, and back up.

Send device ID?? I'm not seeing this anywhere. I'm using Stalker Client on Kodi 16.1.

I'm not seeing any password dialog or yellow bar that everybody is talking about. Am I missing something??? Worked fine until I upgraded to 16.1 yesterday.

BTW, I just checked and this is only happening on Kodi 16.1. I'm not having any issues on Kodi 15.2.
