MAG 254 Setting Location

I am having trouble selecting the name of Country, City and Time zone on my MAG 254. When I get to the LOCALIZATION page, the top line says Language "English" the second line says "Country" and this is blank, but has drop down list arrows, but I cannot find a key on the keybpard that will bring up the drop down list and allow me to select a country. Similarly, the third and fourth line say CITY and TIME ZONE and I cannot get the dropdown lists for these either. Has anyone got the solution for this please?

You might try using the keyboard and typing in the country, etc

Thanks for the reply KCMOOD, I gave it a try, but having selected the field and keyboard it was not possible to enter any letters!
