cant authenticate with android box, stb emulator

its been 3 days since i purchased a month subscription and cant get it to work on my gbox q. I am using the stb emulator and i have a subscription from another provider which works perfectly. I linked my mac, i use the password which was emailed to me but it just wont authenticate, the yellow indicator reaches the 20% mark and doesnt move beyond this, help.

You need to use the donation number or route number as both the Username and Password.

I have the same problem
When i click on NFPS, usually it would start to do a hand shake and then load. As of 3 days ago It is now asking for a Port Authentication username and password. I used my donation number as UN and PW however it says unsuccessful, contact your provider. I confirmed my donation code is working via linking it with my MAC address and it has about 100 days left. Any ideas?

Also what STB emulator are u all using, i'm using stalker...but would like to try another and see if that works.
