Are the servers still down? All channels stay stuck on iptv loading and then get the error of urlopen time out. No channels are working, any information would be greatly appreciated. Happening on several devices, have tried iptv reset.
No, server is up. If you are getting the urlopen time out, it means there is an issue somewhere between your add-on to the server, it could be local ISP blocking, regional blocking, or possibly server blocking your connection.

I have not had any problems with isp blocking connection. I am in charlotte nc and use time Warner Cable for Internet. Why would server block my connection? How to resolve this problem with the addon? I will try changing the mac address, but this was working fine before the service maintenance thing yesterday, I just became a reseller and I am trying to get this working.
You can try a VPN. It may not be your ISP, but something downstream from it. Also if you are on NFPS, you could change your portal url assignment... do this judiciously.

Man this is very difficult to deal with there's no apparent fix I have tried everything and still keep getting iptv loading then the error message urlopen error timeout. The thing is this was working perfectly fine up until this new server maintenance. How can I be a reseller with these types of issues with no apparent fix? I can't get it working in my own house when I use kodi for everything else all addons are working except this one so it's not my isp blocking

Some International channels seems to open up but all other channels never get the working spinning gear just stays stuck on iptv loading followed by the error url open time out.
Let's not talk about you becoming a reseller. You have to be able to deal with lots more than that issue if you are going to take money for your services.

You would think that there is a straight answer to the problem and what to do to get this working. I am not able get my own donation up and running after
whatever changes were done yesterday on the server end. I can deal with fixing the issue if the people who are providing the service let us know what is causing this problem.

I'm trying to get my own donation working and have tried everything from changing mac, resetting ip, changing server, resetting stalker addon to default settings and reentering the information and same result. And it was all working up until yesterday. I have a customers device here that was working yesterday and now i cant give it to him because its not working anymore and aparrently theres nothing i can do to fix it.

As Dara said don't mention your customers or your a reseller as this isn't a support site for resellers..... Stick to your setup and leave out the other things, it will get you more help....

I tried using the stb emulator and no channels open here either. So stb emulator or the iptv stalker addon not working. The stb emulator doesnt give you any error just black screen and no channel opens up.

Same thing happened to me last night when I was setting up the IPTV STB Emulator. Finally, I got the blank screen to go away by switching the mediaplayer to Ijk Player. Channels are now showing up 3-5 secs when switching to another channels. This is much faster than Kodi PVR IMO. Also if a channel isn't available or timeout, it also doesn't hang for 1-5 minutes like it does in Kodi. You are able to change channel immediately to a working one. However, if a channel stream is indeed down then it is down for both Kodi and STB Emulator.

I have ijk player already assigned. Still same thing just get a blank screen. It is much faster than anything in kodi when its working. I had this working perfect until yesterdays shutdows for server maintenance.
I just get a black screen. Didn't realize there was no support from papiao.is, i contact them and no response.

Some of the international channels work, for example click on channels from spain, dominica republic, and others and they play. even channel 447 sport1 and others do work. but click on any of the regular channels like hbo, espn, usa, etc and nothing.

It's just my guess that maintenance is still going on. Thus the North American channels still being down as they currently are for me. Or are other users back up on N.Amer channels? Also if they are up should users do a clear EPG data?

No mine are all down. Just going to do what I usually do. Have a life for a day or two, go to the pub, and try again. Am sure it will rectify itself. It always does. Unless there is a major change, I always find if you just bite your tongue and try again tomorrow it will work. If it doesn't, there's usually enough noise on here to give you an incling as to what's going on.

You dont pay for a premium service. You probably pay for this to avoid the high prices of other services, like many of us. You pay for what you get. Go to the pub more and don't watch so much TV. Or use other addons that will 'temporarily' replace what you can't watch.

As the mods mentioned 10 days ago when this was announced... Be prepared for things to take longer than what was said the time frame would be... There is nothing to bit your tongue about as we were all warned that it might take a bit longer to get everything done and up running again.... Use your backup source of TV and give it a bit until things are 100%. As with any of the upgrades they have done none were exact when it came to time frames. Just remember this isn't the cable TV company so we have to just learn to adapt, that's all you can do. Getting fustrated will only make things worse, take a break like others have said 👍👍

Some are saying that everything is working so that is what worries me. Not many people are having this problem aparently most are up and running. I am in the United States in North Carolina, not sure if its just in the USA, but would be nice to get an official word out on it.

I personally don't recall any announcement this would take longer than what was posted in the official announcement forum. I don't want to, or feel like I have to be on the forum and read every post and thread to what's going on everyday. As of yet, there is nothing officially posted stating this will take any longer than the original time schedule. I am not knocking the service or the mods, cause I truly think they to a great job assisting those with issues. But as I mentioned, I don't like having to come into the forum everyday and reading through what each mod is posting or responding to. One announcement with frequent updates really should be sufficient for those who just want to come to the forum and get updated and move on. I find myself checking the forum and reading through several post more than I would like to. Please understand those who may get a bit frustrated at times. This is still the best service around with the most to offer hands down. I think most subscribers feel the same way.

Anybody else still getting the urlopen time out error? Could it be something wrong with my donation? It lets me in and i see the channel list but they don't work. Only international channels like from brazil and other countries work but non american channels. But yet someone else i know who lives close by his service is working including hbo.

I just connected to the internet using my cellphone hotspot and everything started loading. So aparently the problem is with my own home network even thought it was working perfectly fine before the server update. My isp is time warner cable. . i havent changed any settings in my home netword and everything else works in kodi, just stalker is having problems. I checked for firewalls i turned it off in the router, there's no other firewall so what is causing the error? how to clear this up if it does work using hotspot but not when i connect to my router.

I connected to a hotspot and the addon started to load without getting the urlopen error. so aparently the issue is from my home network connection, but everything else works except nfps.
my isp is time warner, is there anything i can do to get this fixed?

NFPS has the ability to block IP addresses if they think there is unusual activity that indicates donation sharing. That's why I made the recommendation that was ignored to try a VPN. There are some out there for free trial. Also, be aware that you don't have a straight shot to the server, your routing may be going through a location that is actively filtering the end IP. You could also have DNS issues with your ISP's DNS. If you think the service is blocking the IP, you do have the option of e-mailing them through
[email protected], who may or may not give you an answer, and if you do, remember they already have your money, and there's not much you can do to get it back.

thanks dara. I haven't done any donation sharing. the only thing that i have tried is going back and forth on the same device from stb emulator to iptv stalker addon. i had to do iptv reset several times specially using the stb emulator on a fire stick as everytime i restarted it, stb emulator came back asking for donation number. all was good until after the server maintenance. I have emailed them at
[email protected] with no response so far. I know someone using the same isp so it makes me think its not time warner blocking me. and if i had to use a vpn constantly to use stalker then it would be too much of a hassle would just rather use free addons at that point.

If the donations work using a different isp that should eliminate the possibility of nfps being the ones blocking it for suspicion of donation sharing, never used the same donation on more than one device. It's very frustrating when you can't use something you paid for with zero tech support from nfps, they don't answer to email.

If we have to go through all that trouble it's a waste of money and time. Everything was working before this update. Why certain people are blocked is a mystery. If it was isp then it should not work for anyone on time Warner and I know people who's time Warner is working with nfps. If it was nfps blocking then the donation should be banned but it works on a different ip address, so we're stuck with no fix. I'm going to call time Warner now to see if doing some kind of reset on my ip could help. I hope someone can post a solution soon.

Spoke to Time Warner they said nothing is being blocked on my end. I will try connecting straight to the modem eliminating the router. Just wondering for those having trouble what router do you have?

Check the dns settings for your router, and/or firewall settings. I don't know what could have happened, but 'bit creep' does occur, so reflashing the firmware for your router could help.

My router was a tmobile cellspot router I tried changing settings and got fed up with it nothing worked so I went and bought a new netgear router, working like a champ now.

Linclon what type of router do you have and whos your internet provider? Did you not see how I solved it?
They are still doing maintenance on the Servers. When this occurs, the Login Authorization process is slowed down considerably due to the processor load from other duties of the maintenance procedures. In some instances you will get an Authorization fail error due to connection timeout exceeded. Just close Kodi and restart or disable Live TV and re-enable.
They were kind enough this time to warn us ahead of time, so you should not expect the service to be 100%.
When they are doing maintenance channels go off and on, but you can usually get AlJazeera/RT News/Euronews/France24/Bloomberg and a few others all around ch220.

Unfortunately that's the way the service works right now and if you don't check in and read up what's going on then it's kind of hard to keep up on any changes of issues going on... If you don't want to be bothered with doing that then don't be upset when things change or there's an issue... You can email papio and tell them you don't want to be bothered to do that but I'm willing to bet you won't hear back from them on how they run things 😉

Found Fix ! Change Modem IP Address . Login to your router configuration
Navigate to the MAC address section and to the WAN MAC address.
Change the last digit of the MAC address. Don't change anything else.
Now do a power cycle. Turn off the modem and router.
In some cases, you'll have to reset the modem using a paper clip or tip of pen if a regular power cycle doesn't work.
Wait for 2 minutes and turn on the modem (yes, I know 20 seconds is usually enough, but 100 seconds more will not hurt.)
Turn on the router, wait till it boots up and check your IP address. It should be different.

Followed stringent plan to Reset & Rebuild Kodi addons & settings for Stalker PLUS. Still no function for Stalker line-up on my boxes.
I agree not to meddle too much with existing model that worked fine for a good while.
Unfortunately, another stand-still incident that appears mostly out of user's control.
It would be nice to handle these such issues with more prompt notification.

If your asking me. If you use a VPN whoever is blocking IP Address sees a different one and it works. But VPN slows down internet speed. So do this. Login to your router configuration. Try 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1

as dara said they ban/flag ip addresses if (I think) the server sees some odd conditions.
I got a ip banned. all I can think of I did was test out iptv stalker 10.0 with my credentials ie. serial, device id's, signature, and login of cause. after testing a few channels I went back to pvr. a few hours later my ip was banned. luckily I have a bunch public ip's to choose from. I have always used the pvr addon both before and after that.
have you guys tried pinging the short portal name ie. host if you can not ping it you got flagged, its a quick way to test.
to the guy who disconnected the router and connected directly to the modem and things worked it could be the reason because the isp give you a dhcp lease(auto ip config) based on the mac address, your router has one mac address, the box whatever you connected directly to the modem has another (the stalker mac is virtual unless you got a mag/avov). therefore you more than likely got a new ip address connecting the box directly, and when you connect the router you get the old possibly banned ip address back. the same goes for the other guy who got it to work with hes phone, it has another ip too.
again do a simple ping test it will tell you fast actually all servers was banned for me so opening a command prompt and typing: ping portal.iptvrocket.tv should be enough to check if your ip got flagged.

the above is exactly what gheerm explains too. if it works with a vpn or you can not ping the server your current ip might be banned.
give your router a new mac if possible, reboot it and the isp will very likely assign a new ip address because it thinks another/new router is connected, and you are good to go again.

Changing the routers mac address does not change your external ip address. I still have the same external ip address, i did replace my router and its working on my end now. But the ip address seen is the external ip address not your routers.

Your not changing the mac address. You change the WAN MAC address. then reboot router and modem. Make sure you save WAN MAC address with save button before reboot.

Usually that means something is blocking your access to the server. Simplest thing to do first would be to reboot the modem, router and device. Often that gets things rolling...

I think the problem is specific to NFPS and not something blocking individual users connections. I can receive the TV stations via another app (MOBDRO) while I cannot receive them via NFPS. If my connection was being blocked,I could not receive streamed TV via another app.I think the focus of attention may have been in the wrong area making it difficult to answer an already difficult problem

just leave well enough aloan the problem is not on our end it has something to do with the servers. If you have been working and all of a sudden when down then it is mostly nothing on the end user end. Just wait it will most likely be back soon

I agree 100 percent all they have to say is "we have a problem and we are working on it " or something to that affect. it would sure save a lot of people a lot of frustration and cut down on the posting asking if there is a problem
The server techs don't post on the board, and sometimes they relay info through the admin or super moderators. The best way to see if there are others that are having issues is to use the "New Posts" link on the top of the page. Unless there is a significant outage, or something planned, I wouldn't expect to see any status posts here... and they would be in the announcements forum if they were.

So all is up and working properly? I started to get error this morning of ITV Error on NFPS, this happened yesterday, but corrected itself late last night. Then error again this morning. I very rarely have to do a IPTV reset, but do you suggest I just attempt the reset? Thanks for all the assistance.
First, if using IPTV Stalker, do a Clear Cache, or PVR Stalker, Clear Data. If you aren't connecting after that, do the IPTV Reset on the donation checker. This assumes that you were working before, and you didn't change any settings before you stopped working.

If it isn't the 'box' or the 'service', it may be the 'internet'. If you do a search on this error, you will find some had success with vpns, or using a different ISP (like through a phone), or changing the DNS settings.

Cannot connect. Errno 10060 Loads channels just fine - Which means that the service does not need to be reset. When will the servers be up and running again? Channels and EPG load fine - definitely NOT an internet issue.

You will be told many different "solutions" to this problem on these threads.. In my experience if the system had been working well and you suddenly loose many but keep channels such as french, spanish etc the problem is probably not at your end but with the provider. Keep e-mailing whoever you paid money since that is where the problem usually lies. To be fair to papiao.is, after telling me to try various updates etc, they fixed the problem pretty quickly.
You will be told many different "solutions" to this problem on these threads.
That is called trouble shooting. It happens in every field of endeavor. We're not there, looking at the person's system, and can only go by the few clues given in a forum post. If you don't like the way it works here, don't ask questions or seek help. Plenty of people do get assistance here and are grateful for it.

I tried everything but not connect , when I tried to open one channel always said the same. I change the portal, the mac address and reset the iptv account and nothing. Any one can help me?...thx

Long may IPTV -Stalker provide the quality service I have but recently experienced for the first time and put behind me some of those terrible clones. Foolish me!!!!!!!! and anybody else who persists, And all backed up by interesting forum discussions

I had to use a VPN to get stalker to continue to work .. mind you it was working fine without a vpn until recently.. not all channels news music and adult all work ... without vpn ...

I am having the same issue as others, I went through this thread to find a solution. Can't access Channels through Stalker PVR or Video Add-on, the guide loads up fine but when I click on any channel, it gives me URL error on the Addon or PVR just say "Loading" and nothing shows up. I tried Pining the short address and I can ping so i guess my IP is not blocked ??? I tried tethering my box to my phone and then everything works fine so it must be something with my Router. I also took my box to my buddy's place who is with the same ISP provide as I am and it works fine at his house too... just not at my place.... so Can't be ISP either..
I am using Apple Router so have no idea how to change WAN MAC #
Any suggestions ?? tricks, tweaks

Can't access Channels through Stalker PVR or Video Add-on, the guide loads up fine but when I click on any channel, it gives me URL error on the Addon or PVR just say "Loading" and nothing shows up. I tried Pining the short address and I can ping so i guess my IP is not blocked ??? I tried tethering my box to my phone and then everything works fine so it must be something with my Router. I also took my box to my buddy's place who is with the same ISP provide as I am and it works fine at his house too... just not at my place.... so Can't be ISP either..
I am using Apple Router so have no idea how to change WAN MAC #
Any suggestions ?? tricks, tweaks

If you bypassed the router and it's not working then that's not the problem

i JUST GOT THIS TODAY AND EVERY THING WAS WORKING BUT AFTER 2 HOURS UP IT GIVING ME THE TIME UP ERROR

same here (vpn works) as nothing else would work , something is up not sure what as everything worked for a long time not now..

Don't know what's going on for the last few days, and it's not worth Fing asking.
Apart from the channels that are black or breaking-up (HBO);
when you find one working and eventually change channels the Mag254 will lock-up (not change channels),
so you reboot and it will not load the portal at all (0% yellow bar).
So you preform a Papiao reset; authenticate/login Twice as it stops loading portal at ~20% the first time.
Then all is well! until tomorrow when you'll have to do it all again. :mad:
I think it has something to do with the new Timeout settings as service has been much more sporadic since it was reduced from 8-hours;
because sometimes I'll reboot and as soon as I open a channel it will give me the inactivity prompt/warning :confused:
Now, if I expect to watch a scheduled program at all/or in entirety I simply download it :rolleyes:

Something is very strange. I think US ISPs are now beginning to block IPTV Stalker. With my Time Warner Cable connection I can successfully ping all 3 portals. This means my IP isn't blocked. However, I get the URL timeout error, which means that TWC somehow knows I'm attempting to watch IPTV and blocks the connection.
Since I also have T-Mobile 4G, I used my phone as a hotspot connection and in a few seconds, all the channels started working.
This isn't good. But this shouldn't be a surprise either. I'm guessing that ISPs are now cracking down on it, its just that some get caught earlier than others. I'm not so sure if just changing the external IP really is the solution.

Just goign to chime in here. I'm in Canada and I am experiencing the same issue- IPTV Stalker works for a while (1 day etc) and then urlopen error. Happens on my computer and android bix when using Kodi on them. My internet service is still fine when this problem surfaces- on my computer and the android box. When I reboot my ISP ADSL router that everything connects into, the problem goes away for a day or so and then gets blocked again. The problem is either with the ISP blocking the IPTV ports or my ADSL router is blocking the ports. Very frustrating.

I have the same issue looks like comcast blocked the iptv services.

The thread to which you're replying is over 3 months old. If you are being blocked by your ISP, you would need to use a VPN or choose another ISP.

I'll share my experience with this. Everything worked fine for the the service I am using and then all of a sudden it just stopped working. Be it in VLC, the Samsung TV app, Kodi, or whatever. Nothing. I tried restarting modem/router and that didn't fix it. However, when I tried to load the playlist on my phone using the cellular connection I was able to pull channels just fine. That's when I knew that there was some fuckery going on that wasn't on my end.
Turns out the problem is coming from Time Warner Cable (TWC). Once I added VPN info to the settings in my router (Netgear Nighthawk running Tomato) everything started working again.

Hi my friends, could any 1 help me. I have my iptv direct on my smart tv. as from yesterday, a msg say URL Nr.1 connection timeout: 35s (For Example) is appear. any one know something about this problem?
