password help

I'm on my third day trying to enter my password:I think my rocket must be bad. can a mod check it out or help me get my mag online?

YES as quick as i hit ok.i get error in red letters and nothing else happens
i've been at this 3 days reset iptv change mac and change back and factory file on box

this box worked before my rocket exspired maybe i should have bought a new rocket rather than renewing this one

Try this and check your Mac adress see if it all zeros https://papiao.is/main/search_rocket/ then update it

I'm a new mag254 user. I have a subscription and everything is working. But in the offered package none of the french belgian channels are available. Looking on internet, i saw the stalker portal with a you tube demo. i did the same and got a second portal.
It was working fine for a couple of day and from now on suddently the portal ask me for an authentification.
Can somebody explains me what did happen and what do i have to do ?
