Ok can't get my mag254 up and running, tried to reboot nothing, has the portals info changed could I have some help please.

You are better off posting in the Mag section further down the page where there's a subforum specifically dedicated to the Mag 254.

I can tell you upfront that there have been no changes to the Rocket portal assignment.
