page loading error

I've tried for 2 days to fix it but looks like i need some help please;
I renewed my rocket that had already expired and linked my mac to it.updated the firmware in my mag 254 firmware is on
0.2.18-r14-254 set it up and enter new portal url 2.rocketserver.tv that one came with the new rocket,as far as i can get is
page loading error
please check the connection and the page URL try again
if i load my old url I can get to the user and password page but it just gets error in red letters and want save the info.
my mac is linked to it . i have changed the mac and changed it back and i have reset my mag254 and reloaded it and i have did the reset the iptv on the rocket checker site untill i am now locked out for 24 hours. what to try next? i was almost going to try my working rocket on it until i got locked out.thanks for looking

LED11 you have the wrong URL rocket only uses
11.iptvrocket.tv the 2rocket url is for IKS.

ok thanks that gets me to authentication page that gives me an error and want save the info. i have tried this going on the third day now.if antone can help
