Thanks for the heads-up on being down for maintenance. Any upgrades in the works you can share? Or is it just a clean up?

Something to also take into consideration for those who are dead set on the "Windowed" time frame, that it is strictly a Window. So in reality the Maintenance could start well before 9:00 AM EST (like in the middle of the night), and could very well exceed the 7:00 PM EST (go into April 26 or further) window, which is what I personally expect to happen.

I'm sure they want to get this upgrade of hardware, software, and stability done right the first time, so I say take all the time they need!

If the server admins and techs are reading this, please use the Announcement system in the Stalker Middleware this weekend to let the users know that there will be Maintenance on Monday April 25, 2016. Some people don't frequent the forums so they don't know.

Unfortunately there will be 100's of complaints and bashing in the coming days as people expect 100% uptime 😉 and instead of doing a bit of reading here to learn that they are doing upgrades it will be complaint city! Also I agree with thegame.. Take as much time as needed to do what needs to be done!

All elements of the stalker portal are hot-swappable , and the system can be serviced and upgraded without disruption of services .

With the current maintenance going on don't start resting things all your going to do is mess things up.. Really isn't a good idea to tell others to start resetting things when everyone was told that there is a scheduled maintenance going on.. All it's going to do is screw up people's setups.....

Good advice, but the only channels that should be 'down' are natively generated streams such as the US and Latin channels. Authentication shouldn't be affected, don't change anything if you were working before.

I could watch fox news earlier. Now, I'm having authentication issues, but I can still check my donation number. No need for an IPTV reset or anything, right?

Could be the server under maintenance as reported, yea

Hang on with that reset till someone reports if it has any effect or not.

Yes some channels are up, but not everything I honestly think things will be back to normalish tomorrow. Some channels have that weird HD pixelation going on with them from what I've been able to see. Time will tell. I suspect maintenance will go on for a bit longer, or the admin will let everyone know when it has been completed.

UP to the 26th eh ok cause at 8:10 jamdown time its still the shits with freezing and program stucky so it must mean that today tonight etc all leading up to the 26 will be basicly a down-time for most of us cause what is showing cant be watched.

It's still under maintenance... So until we get the a- ok that everything is back working there is no sense in playing with things.. It will he up when it's up 👍

Here comes the bashing and complaining... Why do you even both with this? Your NEVER happy so move on.. Yes we all get it you can't make it work on your end so you bash the service.., don't renew and go back to cable you will be much happier and if it doesn't work you can call the 800 # and complain to them and have a tech come to your house... How much longer until your donation is up?

There was something going on with the server today but with that said I don't think I have read an announcement that they are done yet. Besides the hiccup that happened a bit ago the servers have been running flawlessly

As far as I know they are still working on some channels, whether that is one of the channels I'm unsure of. Report it in the Channel Issues section of the forum and I'm sure the techs will see it there.
