i just got my 254 box. got it set up with the guide; when i put in my user number and password that was issued; i get an error message; what am i doing wrong

are you using the 12 or 13 digit donation number as your user ID and password ?

and did you get the mag254s MAC addy linked to that donation number ?

Use the donation number the one in the email next to the box that say Mac adress go to this link type that number and see if your Mac adress on you box is all zero if so update it to the one on you box https://papiao.is/main/search_rocket/
