Freezing

movies buffering too much

movies and channel for almost a month now but has recently got better the last two days. i wasnt able to watch tv at all. channels would freeze 10sec into every channel

mag254, ppv channels, hbo cinemax reg. channels two months rebooting and troubleshooting settings and still the buffering and freezing.
