Buffering

Is it just me. When I watch PPV, there is so much buffering going on. Seems like every 45sec. it buffers. Changed portal from 3.iptvxx..... to 2.IPTV......... with no change in the buffering. I switched to VOD and no bufferring .
I am using mag 254 with NFPS donation.
