Stuck watching the barber pole again.

Watched tv just fine last night,the day before it was only barber pole, so i left it and like I said it worked last night after a reboot of modem and Mag254. Tonight thought I'd go see whats on and again only the barber pole.
It seems that it is up for a day ,down for a day. Anyone else having this problem? I'm on portal 5 and have rebooted everything,still nothing.
Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried an IPTV Reset? If not, go to the Donation Checker and do so.

tried IPTV reset and got "can't do it at this time". tried a couple of times still the same response.

If the Donation Checker won't let you in, you'll have to wait a bit....

yes, i am getting the same thing, thought maybe it would iron itself out, i tried the reset but it didnt go through, ill try later, thanks ilan for the info

Thank you gentleman did the IPTV reset at papiao at first when i rebooted my Mag the interface was all screwed up but rebooted and all is good.
