I need help starting my mag 254 up came home had to reboot but nothing, please help.

Can anyone help, came home had to reboot mag 254 but still not working, don't know what I am doing wrong.

Not sure if the unit does not boot up at all or if you are not able to load the portal, if it is giving you an error and not able to get into the portal, do some reading as the address of the portal have changed.
