Is there a Kodi build that has the (stalker client nfps) in it? If not can i put it on a thumb stick or a SD card an introduce it to a android box?

Yes, you can go to the PVR Stalker NFPS sticky, download the zip file to your PC, transfer it to a USB stick and install it from there.
