I was checking the mhaddons site. I saw gpkmaker being used to convert apk to gpk to be able to sideload apps to avov. Anybody tried using the program?

Seen that awhile back that's why i went to mhaddons forum but takes a long time to make a request and they haven't been updating their apps.
It's the same forum where one of guys there said that you can use gpkmaker to convert your own apk to gpk to sideload to avov. My question is has anybody have used that program

Can someone upload gpk maker. I want to use pitv but a need to convert it from apk to gpk
