It's a 'build' that customizes your Kodi, which should include the built-in PVR. Just follow the directions for the PVR set up as required. You can also install IPTV Stalker, from the ********** repo, which is part of the build.

I got my iptv donation# done on Clairvoyance.

Been using this build for about a month- works great! I don't use it for iptv, I have a MAG for that -just the other addons Kodi has to offer.

I have found you need to use the Kodi 16.0 file an nothing higher.
