Keep re-entering username and password

I just bought a new AVOV Tvonline+. I enter the IPTV codes under username and password. This box kept reappearing every time I turn on the box and go to live TV. It is a big hassle having to reenter the whole 10 digit codes numbers again. Why can't this box save these code numbers like other AVOV brand boxes? Can anyone help me how to solve this problem?

you should have np at all try a ipreset

You need to go to setting server setting then enter the number and click the save password and username box entering it from the home screen you wont see that option.
