hello i dont know if anyone have this problem but i have a client the remaining days has expired but the client say to me that she still watching tv i check my route checker on iks66 an the remaining days has stopped i dont know what's going on.

I don't have a resellers panel so you might need a mods help, if they have access to that info ;)

could be in process of renewing that route cjiour, maybe why it is still working.
I have checked that new number you sent me and do not see it on the iks66 system yet.
Give it a bit more time cjiour
