So I renewed an IPTV+Free IKS donation that has been working fine, but now there is no IPTV portal defined and it tells me there are "no options" when I try to edit it. This is at Papiao.tv managing the donation.

Please advise.

Just to clarify. This is not an issue with configuring the MAG stb... It's an issue within the management portal at Papiao.tv. The edit donation pop up will not allow for defining the IPTV portal. I know it's 11.iptvrocket.tv. It is not defined on the rocket itself and the management portal will not allow that field to be edited. It's broken. I don't know how else to describe it.

If I just activate a new rocket, I'm sure it will work, but I just burned one on the renewal. I could use an admins help please.

Is that something that a mod can escalate or do for me? I can't do anything from my end.

Yep. Blank. The drop down (combo box) is there, but it's empty too.

Ok.... Update.

Significant back and forth with Papiao support staff. I will tell you that they communicated with me every single day. Sometimes twice a day.

It was a bit difficult to finally get the issue resolved, but they did it. Donation is working and I am appreciative of their support.

Patience is at times hard to find, and to work through these type of issues, demands patience. I've also read many posts in the past saying the they don't ever respond. I can tell you that they do. I've never needed to leverage them, because everything has just always worked. This time, I needed them and they were there.

My advice to anyone that is needing the support staffs help, is to have patience. Type clearly and be specific about what your setup is and what your issues are. Use screen prints, or photos of the screens and messages. Let them work their process. It may seem slow and unfocused (that's what I felt), however, they will eventually get to the problem if it's on their end.

Yes same thing happened to me.The staff didn't solve my case.I can easy active it my other numbers,but not this one with an empty field.sent like 8 emails and the same answer.
