After several emails to the pap team i was able this morning 5 days after it began to finally link my mac address to my Mag box. No more dreaded mac address already in use.
Note for others...
I never received an email reply to any emails so would have still been in the dark if i had not checked daily. So whether the emails worked or the system has a 5 day timer in it for compromised mac addresses i wouldnt know???
Also i had to change my server portal number as the previous one (4) was different (now 1) so check that as well.
Anyways im back, good luck all the rest with this issue :)
