Hey people need HELP HELP....ANYONE...rookie

Need help. I have being trying to get my satellite receiver Jya Box v23 HD up for the last 4 days with no luck. Went iks66 send the information on my route details, I went in to change Mac Address. Do I write my modem Mac Add or my router Mac Add. I try both modem & router with the following format on modem and router xxxxxxxxxxxx and xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx no luck......New at this
FYI.. I set up my IP/Name 66.iks66.tv and port 50066....ran out of bullets... all I get no server connected.....

No that box is only for iks

The jynxbox is a iks receiver and no mac needed.

If you don't need a Mac Add (Satellite jynxbox) why I can not connect to a server???? I have try all option. I email iks66 all they tell me go to http://iptvtalk.net/forum.php and the problem will be solve, but not so.
what I am seeing is every issue here is related to iptv not to isk sat receiver..... Anyway if any one has a ideal I will appreciate... Have a good one........
