Did you PM RockyCat? There is also a thread that Crazed 2.0 posted regarding donations. For the most part, moderators can only check if a donation will work, but using the same tools that members use. Supermoderators have more power to do things... that's why they are super. Donation issues are best dealt with by going directly through the payment portals... that's what I would have told you to do, but RockyCat may be able to do more for you.
