authentication error and unkown error after configuring new stalker epg updater

the configuration is right but what i noticed is that on pvr stalker client the local path is different than the download epg path on new stalker epg updater and another thing the epg catch guid on pvr stalker client is not checked blue when using epg stalker updater to configure pvr stalker client what do i have to do any thoughts ?? thanks

By default, the updater service settings are set to NOT configure the PVR Stalker.

If you do allow the updater to configure the PVR, leave the download location alone, and once it configures, select "Local Path" ... if the path that displays ends with "epg_xmltv.epg", you should be good.

thank you dara for the reply but the local path doesn't end with epg-xmltv.epg it ends with xml where can i find the right path or what is the right path for it i keep getting authentication failed error and unknown error could you please show me the thread dara many thanks to you

I made a mistake. The local path in the XMLTV should end with "epg_xmltv.xml". The guide isn't related to your authentication fails though.

In the server address, what are you seeing?

The url is but a memory. It was discontinued to lessen the burden on the server.

Were you assigned 2.iptvprivateserver.tv in the donation checker?

dara i noticed when ever i click the catch epg guide on stalker client pvr built in it gets unchecked whenever i restart kodi and the same problem happens again authentication failed and second unknown error is this normal?? dara many thanks to you

@ dara my XMLT ends in epg_xmltv.epg. It doesnt end in epg_xmltv.xml. how would i change that if it does need to. iam using fire tv thanks

I have the same problem. How do I fix this? Now channels won't even load

I can't fathom how the file got renamed in the first place. But if the updater is working, it should be downloading a new epg_xmltv.xml file each day. Check to see if it is there and make sure the PVR Stalker client points to it. You can delete the epg_xmltv.epg file since it is useless.

its not the file renaming. I can't even get the changes to load!!
