Need some info about my reseller account

I have a reseller account some time last week when the system was giving trouble I was trying to assign a donation
However now I see two donations with the same client
Is it possible to pause or delete one of these donations
I tried activating inactive but the days still running down
Tried emailing also no luck

You should be able to change the donation number, by clicking 'edit', making it unknown to your client.

No Tuesday the system was giving problems and I was trying to create one and ended up creating two
Anyway to cancel one?
Client doesn't have donation number
I clicked the active link to make inactive however the days are still running down

Yeah, that's a tough one. You can't stop the clock once you activate the donation, even by mistake. You might be able to pro-rate it to a different customer.
