It has been several days (or longer) that I have been waiting for the service to come back up. I reset my settings on the papiao site and even changed my MAC address and still get Authentication Error. What is going on?? I see someone posted that everything should be back up...it is really?

Yes, it is up. Have you changed your portal address? The old address for NFPS has been changed to 1 of 5 new portal addresses. You can check on your new portal assignment in the Donation Checker:
https://papiao.is/main/search_nfps
Once you know it, change the address in whatever application you are using. If the channels don't load, you will need to do an IPTV Reset in the Donation Checker.

I entered the "IPTV Portal" listed on the Donation site of 1.iptvprivateserver.tv and get the error Cannot connect to server.
I entered the "SErver(s)" address listed on the Donation site of 6.nfpsserver.tv and get the same Cannot connect error.

Try portal6.iptvprivateserver.tv
I'm not sure what application you're using to connect. If it involves Kodi 15, use
http://1.iptvprivateserver.tv
If it involves Kodi 16, use
http://portal1.iptvprivateserver.tv/stalker_portal/c/index.html

try them 1 by 1 until you connect if you think its a matter of wrong portal assignment, that approach has you back up in X amount of time and you don't have to rely on a forum response. will it be that easy ? probably not. could it be that easy? yes. In your post you stated you were " waiting for the service to come back "....i would be a little more proactive until they start thinking outside the box in how they communicate with clients especially with regards to changes that lead to downtime but thats for another thread/day.
