mac adress already in use

I bought a donation from Nfps a couple weeks ago, with some issues the codes were disabled. I couldn't buy any other donations from the same site.
I decide to buy from Rocket, everything according to the order is good, but I can't get my mac address working with the new codes. It said: already in use.
I guess without linking the mac address, login and password are wrong but code is active.
I required some help please, please

i ran into the same problem and been down for over a week and apparently only the web site can update but they do not seem to want to help link them

I had the same problem with mine Asft tried like hell to get me going with no luck. After hammering papiao got this e-mail

Having same problem I paid for my donation added my mag254 address when purchase everything worked fine. Took my box to moms house plugged it on later that night won't work went to rest my Iptv my MAC addresss is not there anymore tried typing it in is say already in use someone help please I've emailed twice now no answer yet
