Ok in all fairness and yes I know every time one opens a thread it is like a pool for everyone to jump in and complain....
But a little bit of diving back into this thing I was able to get my boxes going again.
I downloaded the latest version of the STB 0.7.14.02
Then I did a IPTV reset and verified the URL for the mac ---- ie which portal
and then went to profile, settings, changed the url, verified the Mac address and restarted the STB
When it came back up, I entered the donation # as user/pwd
And it worked.

indeed, I just know there are a boatload of ppl out there that have a hard time with stuff and it becomes as complicated as it was to program a VCR back in the 80's

I figured out how to do the IPTV "reset" , and verified my donation at which time I was emailed the new URL....... verified the MAC address as well.
I reset the URL, entered my donation code , etc., and got it working as well.....
But unfortunately, not for long...... it has been very intermittent with most of the time not connecting.... I get the blue screen with the yellow scrolling bar and it won't connect most of the time
I figure they are still having issues................ if you know any different, please advise.....
BTW, I'm on server 1
Thanks
EDIT: Thanks to dara, I got the problem resolved..... I wen't back to the donation checker and did an " IPTV RESET " and all was good after that ! Thanks again, dara !!!
