ok i was told it may be my cable ok wend got me a new cable $40. still same thing blue screen with light blue bubble, it look like a bubble,it circle in different size in blue and has not else on the screen but that for the last 2 days it been like that, do you thing to do a factory reset will work ? thanks jc cell:confused:

Sounds like a software issue what exactly shows up is it possible to post images and btw $40 dollars some expensive cable lol

i have adroid cs918g plus i haVEBEEN WATCH TV ALL DAY THE NEXT DAY THIS WITH I GOT NOTHING ELSE thanks john
It sounds like Kodi's start-up window got corrupted somehow. A factory reset should get you back to a working state, but you will lose your add-ons and settings. If you don't have that much to lose, it may not be an issue. The other option: If you wanted to/could upgrade Kodi, you would end up with a clean, working Kodi, and you wouldn't sacrifice your add-ons.
