Portal 3 is down

Portal 3 went down about 15 min. ago and has not come back up.

Watching on portal 3 right now.

System reboot fixed the channels not working...
But buffering like crazy!
Using stock stalker with ninja add-on service..
15.2 on firetv with a 100m line down..

Edit: now back to 'failed to get stream'

Portal 3 is up and running suggest you update to Jarvis and use stalker client 1.0.3

OK done..upgraded to Jarvis with EPG updater..channels load fine..
Buffering just the same..everyfew seconds..
Any other suggestions?
