No premium channel EPG

i have followed Dara instruction for How to get ********** with PVR IPTV Simple Client and IPTV Stalker Papiao (New), the ivue guide works for most channels but no premium channels have any guide info, does anyone know why?

whats a premium channel? all users get all channels.
