Search saying wait 24hrs

I went and did a search to follow procedure of reentering my MAC, got to my donation and was trying to remove MAC so I can enter it again and after removing it it went back to the donation search page. I then tried to go to my order page again so I could put back my mac, as I put info back in and click on search a red bar came up and said I had to wait for 24hrs. what is going on with that?

Crazed communicated with the folks earlier, and there are high hopes to have this straightened out today. For the moment, about the only thing you can do is to try it again periodically.
