Why is my donation not recognized???

I have been literally going nuts trying to log into papiao.is for info on my donation number. Got the new number last week before the s_____t hit the fan with security measures. I am lost as to what to do. Everytime I log into donation search an error message shows up. Before this situation everything worked just fantastically. What to do, what to do???????
